- Design of exhibit and demonstration spaces for power related topics,
- Renovation of large office spaces,
- Design of exterior personnel training facilities,
- Design of facilities using sustainability concepts,
- Feasibility studies for new and renovation projects,
- Replacement/enhancement of equipment such as generators, fueling systems, HVAC systems and security systems,
- Detailed code analysis for complicated code issues like hazardous material storage, assembly occupancies and complex exiting issues, and
- Shepherding multiple projects through the code review process with multiple review agencies.
Scope of services have been throughout the Carolinas including design services for corporate office space, maintenance facilities, secured areas, power generating facilities, field operations centers, and computer centers. While the sizes of these projects vary significantly, the overall scope of this work demonstrates HSMM’s ability to manage and design large-scale complex work.
